The framework is simple and easy to understand and to use. Just enough magic, not too much surprises. The documentation however could be better and makes the learning of the framework harder than it should be for novices.

Not the newest framework, but still useful and powerful if used wisely. Includes even dependency management if used with Ivy.

The framework is useful and powerful. However, the pom.xml is much too verbose (perhaps namespaces should be used as this is done in Spring?).
