full review »Spring Roo saved me a lot of time setting up two JSF projects with Primefaces and Hibernate. The most important aspect for me to use Spring Roo was that it can be totally removed from the project after bootstrapping: the native Java code that is generated when removing the Framework is very clean and needs only little tweaks in my case.
